It was great to see Django go home today. :)) He has a beautiful new Greyhound sister to take care of him. They had a great time in the sand run, they took to each other straight away. Xxx Lots of love to his fabulous new family! Xxx

Django had a great time during his foster stay over the holidays. He was a perfect guest and a well-behaved hound with great manners. He is very loving and a bit of a fusspot. He likes having his ears and his chin rubbed, and he is happy roaching on his bed. He enjoys playing with toys, and will be happy with another dog to play with, but also he will get some reassurance from another dog when he becomes a bit nervous about new things. Django is going to be a fantastic hound in his forever home.

What a polite loving hound, he’s a bit nervous, but has settled in well, he is eating well, playing with toys and getting on with his houndie house-mates.

Django went off to his Christmas Foster home this afternoon. He will have the company of two other Greyhounds. :)) Xxx
He has been very quiet since returning to the kennels but we had a waggy tail this morning and lots of cuddles. Xxx

Django has been to the park today with Norman. Norman says he was perfectly behaved in every way. He travelled well in the car, walked well on the lead and met small dogs with no problems whatsoever. Also had fuss from a 6 year old child with his grandparents. Quite a shy boy but once he is comfortable with you he loves affection and returns it in bucket loads. Because of his shy nature, he may be best suited to a quiet, calm environment but could live easily with other dogs and well behaved children.

I had lots of cuddles with Django today! He is such a lovely, affectionate lad. Xxx

I have just collected Django from Fivelands following his castrate today. Bless him - he was behind reception when I got there to collect him as he had been stressing - he is so sweet.....

Django is a very shy boy at the moment, he is quiet in his kennel and walks lovely on the lead. He is a tall, handsome lad and very sweet. I had a look at what his name means..."Django is a boy's name of Romani origin meaning "I awake", the "D" is silent" Hope his forever home will soon be his. Xxx
