Jubilee Afternoon Tea SOLD OUT!!

Why not raise a glass, or a cup, to Her Majesty in her Platinum Jubilee year by joining us for a Jubilee Afternoon Tea?
Your choice of a traditional Afternoon Tea, or a luxury one with a glass of Prosecco included. As an extra special treat, your hound can enjoy their very own afternoon tea too - with sandwiches, a cake & a biscuit included! Tea will be served at 3.00pm sharp!
The event is strictly by ticket only, and they will be available from the kennels shortly or order by phone, and we can post out with no postage charge.
There is great parking at St Mary's, and disabled access to the Hall.

What a fantastic amount raised. Great company, greyt well behaved dogs and lovely food. Thanks so much to Angie and Mike, the cast and helpers for all their hard work and organisation, it is a long time in the making and preparing but so very worth it.
Looking forward to our next event....Daybreaks 16th birthday!!! Keep an eye on the website for further details. X

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to the Jubilee Afternoon Tea. It was such a great afternoon,and all the doggy attendees behaved impeccably - fantastic ambassadors for the Greyhound breed.The floorshow was so good, well done cast - wasn't it great to be back on stage?!
Thanks to everyone who helped out setting up, serving, and putting away. Big thanks to Kitty for baking and donating the amazing doggy cupcakes. The afternoon raised the amazing sum of £517 for Daybreaks - THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Wow - the Jubilee Afternoon Tea is sold out!!
Thanks to everyone for their support - we hope you enjoy both your tea and the short floorshow showcasing 70 years of musical styles, the cast have had fun putting it together and have enjoyed being back "treading the boards" again.
See you on 28th!

Pleased to say tickets are selling well so if you are interested - don't leave it too long to book!! Don't forget, your hound can accompany you and have their very own Afternoon Tea too.
The floorshow entertainment is shaping up nicely too, so all in all it should be a great afternoon - all in aid of Daybreaks boys and girls. xx

Does anyone have a teapot they could spare? We have come to get our teapots out of storage in readiness for the Jubilee Afternoon Tea - and do you think we can find them anywhere???? The last time we used them was for the Afternoon Tea in 2019 - so they have had a good long while to get lost!!
We would be eternally grateful if you have an old teapot or two that you no longer want stashed away - we will gladly relieve you of it.

The tickets are being dropped off at the kennels on Wednesday morning - so give us a call or pop in to get yours. With the Hall capacity, and still respecting distancing, numbers will be limited so don't miss out!!
When you book - please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan etc).

Selection of sandwiches
Selection of cakes
Scone, jam & cream
Tea or coffee
(A glass of Prosecco for the luxury option)
Hounds Afternoon Tea:-
Peanut butter & paste sandwiches
Doggy cake
Bonio (or similar)
Ticket prices will be:-
Afternoon Tea £8
Luxury Afternoon Tea £10
Hounds Afternoon Tea £3
It's so great that we can finally get events organised after such a difficult past couple of years - and what a fabulous milestone this is.
